Writing project proposals and business plans for commercial, educational and R&D purposes.

> Subsidy applications
Writing formal applications for subsidies and grants from domestic and EC programs (such as Sapard, Intelligent Energy for Europe, 6th Framework and other international funds.

> Project development co-ordination
Providing advisory services and co-ordination during project development including independent second opinions about existing technology and implementation offers.

> Capacity building and promotion
Developing educational materials, and organizing courses and workshops to promote renewable energy and GHG emission reductions.
